Our Guest Rules and Policies

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines during your stay at Villa Ivory

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time : Typically, 1:00 PM or later.

  • Check-Out Time : Generally, by 11:00 AM or earlier

  • Late Check-Out : May be available upon request, with an additional fee.

2. Reservations and Payment

  • Booking Confirmation : A valid ID and an Advance might be required to secure a reservation. Refund is not applicable once the stay is reserved.

  • Cancellation Policy : If cancellation occur during the stay, refu  nd is applicable only 25%.

  • Payment Methods : Full payment should be done before check in. Accepted Payment method only through cash, or online payment platforms

3. Conduct and Behaviour

  • Noise Levels : Quiet hours start from (10PM) to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay.

  • Ground rules : Customer is not allowed to go any other floors except their booked floor.

  • Respect for Property : Guests should handle the property and its furnishings with care.

  • No Smoking : Smoking may be restricted on indoor of the house, plants and electrical line areas. Customers are asked to maintain the plants in good care.

4. Guest Policies

  • Number of Guests : Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is allowed.

  • Visitors : Policies on whether visitors are allowed and if they need to sign in or be registered.

  • Pets : Policies regarding pets, which may include restrictions or additional fees.

5. Safety and Security

  • Valuables : The guest house may not be responsible for lost or stolen items; safe deposit boxes may be available.

  • Keys : Replacement fees for lost keys or key cards

6. Housekeeping and Maintenance

  • Cleaning Services : Information on how often rooms is cleaned and if additional cleaning
    services can be requested.

  • Maintenance Requests : customer can inform the in-charge person for any maintenance.

7. Kitchen and Dining

  • Kitchen Use : kitchen is available for guest with kitchen appliance, cooking vessel items.

8. Restrictions and Prohibitions

  • Alcohol : Rules on alcohol consumption, which may include restrictions in common areas.

  • Drugs : Any kind of drugs or illegal substance is strictly prohibited

  • Illegal Activities : Prohibition of illegal activities on the premises.

9. Compliance

  • Local Laws : Guests are expected to comply with local laws and regulations.

  • Fines and Penalties : Potential fines for violating any house rules, such as damage fees

10. Management right

  • It is agreed that the guest will respectably conduct himself/ herself and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises.

  • The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest’s luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her
